This is for next year 2013.This is a locked/connected 2 unit mountainside condo. It has 4 levels. Lower level has 2brm, bathroom, living area, gas fireplace, kitchenette, separate entrance and/or not connected to 2nd unit which has full kitchen,bedroom, bathroom, 2 additional sleeping lofts, living area with gas fireplace, sitting/reading or play area and an outside deck.
The combined units will sleep 8 comfortably in beds. Using the 2 pull-out sofas, a maximum of 12.

This is a 4 bedroom loft style mountainside unit listed under rates and packages.
These combined units rent for over 350 per night with taxes and fees. Both units can be had for $1250 for 7 nights, all fees included.
This is the only week I have available for 2013. I may split the units or rent for only a minimum of 3 nights. Email questions or leave contact info. I am an owner not a broker. Paypal is preferred, but other forms of payment may be accepted
